We built the tool we dreamed of having.
ReGenesis was born from a longing—a vision of what coaching could become when the raw power of AI is wielded by a wise, compassionate human heart.
Our founders are coaches. Not tech people who thought coaching seemed like an interesting market—actual practitioners who've spent years in the arena, with thousands of hours holding space for leaders, executives, and people navigating the full gamut of life: beginnings and endings, transitions and stuck places, ambition and depression, joy and pain, triumph and loss.
We know what it's like to walk out of a session having witnessed something profound—even sacred. A breakthrough. A moment of clarity, of insight, of healing. A client finally seeing what they couldn't see before. A shift, a recognition, a deepening. An encounter with their own truth.
We know the longing to capture and reinforce what that moment meant—for them and for you—and to see that growth translate into the rest of their life. And we know the reality of sitting down to write notes while the insight is still fresh, preparing for the next sessions of the day, with dozens of emails and administrative tasks awaiting.
We know the cognitive load of holding 30+ client stories in your head. The guilt of forgetting something important a client shared three months ago. The difficult tradeoff between being fully present and keeping decent records, or expanding your practice while keeping the quality (and your sanity).
The Recognition
We were skeptical at first. Even dismissive. AI for coaching? It felt like a contradiction—maybe even a threat to something sacred.
And then something unexpected and indescribable began to happen...
As we experimented with these new AI tools, we witnessed a profound emergence. The way language was reflected back. The perfect memory of every word exchanged between us and our clients. The ability to see patterns and connections our brains could never hold—across dozens of sessions, months of conversations, the entire arc of someone's transformation.
Yet somehow, miraculously, it made space for more of what mattered most: our hearts' longing, our deep compassion, the presence with which we could hold someone through their hardest moments. The genuine insights and wisdom that arose from us as coaches weren't overshadowed—they were amplified.
We tested this across hundreds of sessions with dozens of clients. We asked ourselves: Is there another way of showing up? Can we do more by doing less? Can we be more for our clients by holding less?
Could this be a powerful tool for uplifting humanity—if used for the right reasons, in the right way, with the right safeguards?
Why We Coach
True coaches come to this work as a calling. There's pure joy in watching someone achieve a goal, reach a milestone, or become someone they never thought they could be—which is really just remembering themselves at a deeper level.
It makes us feel alive. Connected. Useful in the deepest sense.
