What if I have more than 25 clients?
If you're an individual coach with more than 25 active clients, reach out and we'll work with you. You're probably running a thriving practice, and we want to support that growth—not penalize it.
Why are coach seats free for organizations?
Coaches deliver the transformation. Coachees are where our AI provides the most value—e.g. depth and precision of observations and insights, pattern recognition across their entire journey, continuity of support between sessions, commitment tracking, access to the same agentic AI ("Sasha") that powers their coach’s life, etc. Charging per-coachee aligns our revenue with the value we create.
Is the security really the same at every tier?
Yes. We believe your clients' privacy and security shouldn't depend on your budget. Our architecture is built to SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR standards (readiness in progress)—every tier gets the same protection. No exceptions.
